Lettings Negotiator

We’re working with a well-established, independent property agency based in Croydon who are known for their professional yet personal approach to lettings and property management. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their team!

Location : Croydon – Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

Salary : £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (10% of fees earned)

Working Hours :

• Monday to Friday : 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm
• Saturday : 9 : 00am – 4 : 00pm (with a day off in lieu during the week)
• Note : Monday and Saturday are mandatory working days.

About the Role :

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants—guiding them through the lettings process from initial enquiry through to moving in. You’ll also liaise closely with landlords to ensure their properties are marketed effectively and let quickly. This is a key role where your communication, sales and customer service skills will be highly valued.
