The Role

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking an experienced nursing home deputy manager or clinical lead who is :

A qualified nurse (NMC registered RGN, RMN, or RNLD)

Experienced as a care home deputy manager or clinical lead within a nursing home setting

Skilled in leadership, staff development, and clinical governance

Passionate about delivering high-quality care and enhancing residents’ wellbeing
