• Pro fuel Plant Operator – Ketton

• Key Responsibilities
• Operate mobile plant safely and efficiently, maintaining kiln demand without compromising safety, environmental standards, or production.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, health & safety, and quality requirements.
• Work closely with the Pro fuel Plant Controller to supply fuel to the process and coordinate daily activities.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and monitor stock levels.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and site functions.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Coordinate material movement to optimise plant operations.
• Support the Shift Manager with additional process-related tasks as required.### ###
• Job Dimensions
• Operate mobile equipment for material processing and production.
• Ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations, including contractor deliveries.
• Liaise with the Pro fuel Plant Controller to manage deliveries, stock levels, and report equipment faults.
• Escalate any H&S, environmental, quality, or supply issues promptly.### ###
• Candidate Requirements
• Strong focus on health & safety.
• High competency in operating mobile equipment.
• Experience or training in fire safety and associated risks.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and drive efficiency.
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Good knowledge of equipment location and operation.
• Awareness of safety and environmental issues, with relevant training.
