About You

In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC-One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will support Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care, ensuring care goes beyond professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide specialist nursing support and advice and take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic, person-centred care.
• Be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN and work to NMC standards of practice.
• Mentor and share knowledge as a practice supervisor and assessor to students; communicate effectively and model professional behaviours.
• Advocate for a person-centred approach to care for residents and families.
• Recognise safeguarding responsibilities : attend safeguarding training, identify signs of abuse or neglect, and report concerns with escalation when needed.
