Salary £12.51 per hour plus anti-social hours enhancement of £2.24 per hour when applicable

Community First is recruiting Minibus Drivers for an innovative Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) service, funded by Hampshire County Council and operated by Community First.

This service provides flexible, local transport in areas with limited or no public transport, connecting Andover with surrounding villages across the Northern Test Valley area.

This is your chance to be part of a service transforming local transport in your community.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

Driving our modern 16-seat low-floor minibuses and Mercedes Vito vehicles safely and professionally
Using tablet technology to follow schedules and route maps for passenger pick-ups and drop-offs
