Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Coordinate sales activities and update CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports.
  • Manage the leasing process from enquiry to contract, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Listen to calls and grade the quality based on criteria set by management.
  • Check broadband availability for customers, suggesting the best options.
  • Conduct credit checks on customers prior to appointments.
  • Manage the calling in dems line, transforming obtained information into actionable insights.
  • Record and track customer interactions for future reference and analysis.
  • Ensure rescheduled appointments are promptly rebooked, minimising drop-outs.
  • Oversee all leasing documentation, ensuring all admin is up to date and completed on time.
  • File all paperwork into the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with brokers to ensure the best deal is reached.
  • Chase customers for key information to process leases.
  • Work with the billing team to ensure correct charges for equipment when leases are not processed or handled in-house.

Requirements :

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities, deadlines, and last-minute scheduling adjustments.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
