What you’ll do
This role involves building and maintaining an ongoing sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets with new business. You will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
You will work closely with our Commercial Manager and Business Development Manager to generate new leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
Your day-to-day
- Cold call potential customers and build relationships
- Maintain high levels of communication with current and prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and sell products accordingly
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Arrange meetings, workshops, and demonstrations with clients
- Follow up on sales inquiries and provide information
- Research market sectors and identify potential target customers
- Analyze business aspects across departments and seek growth opportunities
- Write reports, store data in CRM, and update spreadsheets
- Fulfill business deal requirements and obligations
- Network with related businesses to foster B2B relationships
- Create proposal documents aligned with company branding
- Participate in creative discussions and strategic planning
- Ensure proper time tracking and task management
