Overview

We have an opportunity for Team Managers to join our Assessment Teams based in Reigate and Weybridge. When not working with our residents in the community, we support agile working with a combination of home and office working. We are keen to get the balance right of providing flexibility but ensuring you feel connected to your team and the service. The salary range for Team Managers is £54,636 – £58,953 per annum. We also offer a financial package of up to £6,000 payable in three instalments across the first 18 months in post.

Responsibilities

  • Working in an Assessment team can be fast paced, unpredictable and often requires multi-tasking. You will be expected to cope under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Engage with residents in the community and coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely assessments and effective service delivery.

Requirements

The role requires registration with Social Work England and may require an enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) for regulated activity, as well as checks against the Children and Adults" Barred List. A valid driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel across a wide geographical area within Surrey are expected.
