Chef de Partie

The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Chef de Partie with a passion for service excellence . You will report to the Head Chef , supporting / working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

The Chef de Partie will :

• Be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section in the Kitchen, ensuring all food service areas achieve a consistently high standard of food presentation
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
• Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas
