About The Role
Macphie Ltd is seeking a skilled and visionary ERP Transformation Manager to lead our ERP system transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our ERP systems, aligning capabilities with business goals. Lead a cross-functional team to deliver project milestones with a user-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of ERP transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assess current ERP capabilities and recommend enhancements or upgrades to meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP with other critical business systems and applications.
- Establish and manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
- Conduct regular project reviews and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to users for effective adoption of the new ERP system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.Proven experience leading ERP transformation projects, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and modules, with experience in IFS being particularly advantageous.Strong project management skills, including proficiency in tools and methodologies.Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with a range of stakeholders.Proficiency in data analysis, database management, and reporting tools.Strong knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and production.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Skills & Competencies
