Job description

Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead (RMN / RNLD)- Hospital

Location : Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 3JY

Hours : 40 hours per week (2 days supernumerary / 2 days on shift)

Pay : £51,396 per year

The Role

Support the Hospital Director and step into full leadership in their absence
Provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality care standards
Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding care for patients with complex mental health needs
Take responsibility for balancing budgets and contributing to long-term service strategy

Essential Criteria

NMC registered RMN or RNLD

Proven management and leadership experience in healthcare / mental health settings

Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and quality standards

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
