Responsibilities
- be part of a team, leading from the front and working alongside the Head Chef
- helping to create and produce stunning dishes across all areas including the restaurant, bar and functions / events
- managing and inspiring your team as well as developing and supporting
- working with local suppliers to showcase ingredients and produce from the area
