Corporate Commercial Solicitor / Legal Executive – Chippenham, Wiltshire

This unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded and successful team

The Role :

You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of excellent quality company commercial law

You will advise on approximately 70% transactional work and 30% commercial / contracts

You will enjoy advising on :

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Share restructures
• Family Farming Partnerships
• SPV / Joint ventures
• Employee ownership trusts
• Succession planning
• And much more

The firm doesn’t have specific sector focus (yet!), but because of its geography, it has many agricultural & manufacturing clients.

You will be encouraged to build relationships with your own client base as well as advise the established & loyal clients already on board
