Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop : Inspire, coach, and manage a Central Operations team, ensuring clear goals, regular 1 : 1s, and strong performance.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, balancing priorities and ensuring smooth delivery across the function.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive process reviews, lean initiatives, and system enhancements to create smarter, faster, and more efficient workflows.
- Playbook Creation : Build and refine SOPs, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and maximise effectiveness.
- CRM & Query Management : Own CRM workflows, ensuring operational issues are tracked, prioritised, and resolved with accountability.
