What does the role entail?

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. From food safety to cooking techniques, your expertise will keep our kitchen running smoothly and our guests coming back for more.

  • Food Safety : Compliance is our number one priority
  • Culinary Skills : Show off your fresh food and cooking expertise
  • Teamwork : Work confidently in a large team to produce high-quality food in a fast-paced environment
  • Quality & Efficiency : Cook and prepare dishes to company specifications while managing ticket times

    We started back in 2007 when Loren embraced Richard’s dream, and together they launched The Bulls Head in Repton. Fast forward 17 years, and we now have 7 stunning pub locations, over 500 employees, and a reputation for delivering incredible food and drink experiences.
