Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes for our clients.

This is more than project management—it’s about building trusted relationships, orchestrating delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensuring our enterprise customers receive world-class service and measurable results.

What you’ll do

• Own delivery : Lead end-to-end project and service delivery for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Be the bridge : Act as the primary liaison between C-level client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and trust.
• Lead teams : Coordinate cross-functional global resources to align deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive outcomes : Monitor progress, identify risks early, and put effective mitigation in place.
• Shape solutions : Support pre-sales with delivery expertise during proposals, pitches, and client meetings.
• Engage directly : Travel to client sites for kick-offs, reviews, and stakeholder engagements (UK / US with other occasional international trips).
• Continuously improve : Refine delivery processes to boost efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
