What will the Maintenance, Repair & Operations role look like?

  • Perform purchasing of services & spare parts
  • Optimise spare part inventory
  • Perform goods receipt / goods issue
  • Create / change Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) master data
  • Perform role of site CMMS super / key-user
  • Support M&E financial processes
  • Coordinate repairs of spare parts
  • Driving to continuously improve the spare parts inventory system
  • This list is not exhaustive with flexibility to support the business

    The successful candidate will likely have;

  • High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and CMMS system, SAP experience would be highly desirable
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles.
  • Good communication skills at all levels.
  • Team player, who contributes to a culture of shared knowledge
  • Ability to manage and organise a varied workload effectively, utilising available resources and achieving deadlines.
  • Bases work decisions on evidence and attention to detail
  • High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
