At Thrive, part of the Supporting Education Group, we help teaching staff support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people, empowering them to feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. With over 50,000 trained staff across 2,600 schools and settings, Thrive has already impacted the lives of 600,000 children and young people.

We're passionate about empowering individuals through high-quality training and professional development, and our Apprenticeships team plays a vital role in supporting learners and employers, ensuring a seamless enrolment process and an exceptional learning experience.
About the Role :
We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our marketing team at Thrive. Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive course applications, software demos and lead generation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation that supports educators and promotes children's mental health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
Support the planning and execution of webinars, content launches, and direct mail campaigns.
Assist in promoting campaigns through paid media (e.g., Google Ads).
Collaborate with Sales and other teams to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management
Build and manage lead nurture workflows in HubSpot to drive course applications and demo bookings.
Use marketing automation to streamline and automate processes in HubSpot, such as adding new leads to newsletters, sending internal notifications to the sales team, and updating contact properties to improve CRM accuracy.
Build and optimise consistent templates in HubSpot for emails, forms, landing pages and popups in HubSpot.
Use audience segmentation to deliver personalised, targeted communications.
Run A / B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write compelling copy for emails, blogs, course pages, landing pages, and downloadable resources (e.g., e-guides, case studies).
Create SEO-optimised content to improve search visibility.
Manage website updates via the CMS (e.g. blog posts and landing pages).
Brief designers to create campaign collateral, including graphics and brochures.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics.
Use insights from data to optimise future campaigns and improve results.
About You :
You have at least two years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within the training, education, or software sectors. You're confident in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement, with hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot. Your strong copywriting skills and SEO knowledge help create compelling, optimised content, while your analytical mindset allows you to track performance and improve results. Highly organised and proactive, you can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you're passionate about supporting educators and promoting children's mental health and wellbeing.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to attend the office up to three days a week (typically two). You'll need to be able to commute to our Newton Abbot office and Exeter coworking facilities.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar in-house marketing role within a B2B environment, ideally with experience in training, education, or software sectors.
Ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Zoho) for marketing automations, emails, landing pages, and form creation.
Strong copywriting skills and experience with SEO content writing.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) for website content updates, along with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing technology platforms to support campaign performance and optimisation.
Strong analytical skills to track performance and provide actionable insights.
Able to work effectively with internal stakeholders to align campaign strategies.
Motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and bring new ideas to campaign planning.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience), ideally with a marketing-related qualification.
Nice to Have :
Experience working for a training provider, education organisation, or software company offering courses or tools for professionals.
Experience in driving lead generation for both training courses and software demos.

As an equal opportunities' employer, we celebrate diversity and flexibility, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our incredible team. We offer :
- Competitive pay and flexible benefits package including pension, healthcare schemes and an electric vehicle scheme.
- 28 days annual leave which increases with service to a maximum of 33 days annual leave (excludes Bank holidays).
- Training and development opportunities.
- Collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Chance to make a real impact on the education industry.
