IT Hardware Manager – (IT, Hardware, Windows 10, 11, Build, Asset Management, Hands on, PC’s, Laptops, ITAM, KPI’s) – Permanent – Stockport
Charles Simon Associates is currently seeking an IT Hardware Manager for an outstanding existing client based in the Stockport area.
Location : Stockport
Salary : Up to £45,000 Per Annum D.O.E
What we’re looking for :
- Proven experience managing IT hardware across large estates
- Strong hands-on skills with Windows 10 / 11 builds and patching
- Creation of end-to-end Asset Management processes
- Leadership and / or team management experience
- Creation of SLA’s and KPI’s for team members
- Writing new documentation for assets from start to finish
- Excellent troubleshooting
- Strong 3rd-party vendor management experience
- Stakeholder Management
