Responsibilities

As Client Development Programme Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving a culture of excellence in client experience and relationship management. You'll lead and support a range of strategic programmes including :

• Intermediary Relationship Management - Oversee and evolve the firmwide programme, identifying opportunities and tracking referral activity.
• Client Listening Initiatives - Use feedback to shape strategic relationships and manage a pipeline of meaningful conversations.
• Key Client Programme (Elevate) - Collaborate with Client Development Managers to ensure best practice and alignment with firmwide goals.
• Alumni Engagement - Lead initiatives and events that keep former colleagues connected and engaged.
• CRM & Data Excellence - Champion best practice in data recording and reporting, using tools like InterAction and PowerBI.

This role offers the chance to work across divisions, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute to a firmwide culture of collaboration, clarity, and client-centricity.
