• Receiving inbound calls from customers requesting callouts, both the general public and commercial businesses
• Logging calls onto the in-house system
• Keeping customers updated with engineer’s whereabouts
• Working to Service level agreements
• Ensuring customers are satisfied and closing jobs down on the system
• Updating in-house portals and chasing payments when required
