Your New Role

As KS1 Phase Lead, you will :

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated KS1 teachers.
  • Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes across Year 1 and Year 2.
  • Work closely with SLT to develop and implement curriculum strategies.
  • Support staff development through coaching and mentoring.
  • Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial KS1 teaching experience.
  • Proven leadership skills or experience in a middle leadership role.
  • A deep understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and raising achievement for all pupils.
