AI & Data Transformation Manager

Join us as an AI & Data Transformation Manager Innovation driven by AI and Data is key to making sure our customers get the best services possible, thats why youll create innovative and relevant solutions to solve customer problems Day-to-day, youll future-proof our bank through the creation, development, trial and scaling of innovative AI and data capabilities that support new-to-market digital propositions, products and experiences Make a difference to the lives our colleagues and customers as you use AI and data capabilities to ensure our workplace is an environment where everyone can feel valued and progress What youll do Youll lead on the creation of strategy documents, funding requests, business cases and executive packs to make sure propositions link to our overall strategy. Well need you to lead our AI and Data strategy development to create a balanced pipeline of innovative opportunities and the aligned value potential. Alongside this, youll make sure that all risks and issues are identified and escalated as necessary. Youll also be responsible for : Leading the creation and maintenance of design collateral showing target states for businesses linked to strategic direction of travel and AI capabilities Providing a central point of ownership for the AI and Data transformation narrative, continually driving clarity in articulating business issues, solutions, and transformation strategy to relevant audiences. Protecting customers and our bank through the effective identification, escalation and resolution of risks and issues to build a positive risk culture Managing the team, providing strategic direction and ensuring implementation teams and accountable Retail Leaders are set up for success Promoting the adoption of new AI and Data capabilities and developing a culture of curiosity and innovative thinking The skills youll need To be successful in this role, youll need experience creating and delivering new products or features for B2C or B2B markets. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of data principles, AI transformation, and strong data literacy skills. In addition, youll have the ability to demonstrate creative thinking, manage a range of stakeholders in large, changing and complex environments and collaborate, share knowledge, educate and coach relevant teams. Youll also need : Experience of using or deploying strategic tools and processes and leading others to use these processes to develop innovative new products Experience in organising and managing change, quantifying value and developing plans to realise that value A background in strategic capability development, synthesising clear recommendations and plans from ambiguous data across complex business needs
