Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position with our Brighton Marina-based lettings team . The standard work week is Monday to Friday 8 : 45am-6 : 00pm with some Saturday working. The salary ranges with a realistic OTE of £30,000-£34,000 in your first year.

Let's talk about the role. It involves :

• Play an active role in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, consistently adhering to a results-driven mindset.
• Manage all aspects of tenancy progression including referencing, negotiating tenancy terms and liaising with all key stakeholders
• Ensuring all tenancies proceed in a compliant manner with careful attention to detail
• Collection of pre-tenancy monies and payments, whilst coordinating and managing high volumes of applications.
