Senior Legal Counsel, Global Investment Management Firm

Overview

Our client is a leading Global Investment Management firm seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support the investment, operational and governance activities of the firm, working within a small and busy in-house team.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, negotiating and advising on contracts related to investing and trading in public markets and securities (e.g., counterparty terms of business, trading master agreements, securities lending agreements and custody agreements).
• Occasionally advising on transactions relating to private investments.
• Reviewing, negotiating and advising on a broad range of service provider contracts relating to the firm’s operations, infrastructure and technology framework.
• Providing ad-hoc regulatory advice as required.
