Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
- Build, replicate, and drive market adoption of industry-level solutions.
- Externally, lead the enterprise client engagement (C-level to working level) lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI / RFP, architecture design workshops & POC delivery.
- Internally, act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with multiple product teams and articulate clear feature requests to shape the product roadmap.
- Provide thought leadership and deep understanding across multiple cloud and ML products.
- Work with product teams to close PMF gaps and drive product development roadmap iterations.
- Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell / cross-sell with Account Executives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications :Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.5+ years of related work experience in a similar field.Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystem.Team player, able to foster positive morale, set goals and drive for results.Can-do attitude, self-starter, able to work independently; agile and entrepreneurial, highly motivated.Comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment; strong problem solver and resilient.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with examples from past projects in technical interviews.Preferred qualifications :Hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and migration.Understanding of cloud / AI native applications and big data technologies.Computer science or engineering degrees preferred.Experience with large enterprise clients in verticals such as digital, Retail, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, or Gambling.Experience as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer in B2B AI / ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing spaces.Deep understanding of Public Cloud and use cases including edge network (CDN) and security (WAF, DDoS), video streaming, RTC, VOD, and ML applications.About Us
