Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 Hours)

This would suit someone who has worked within a Sales role in a manufacturing or construction industry environment.

Role profile, duties include but are not limited to :

• Adhering to set target levels when securing orders with new and existing customers
• Ensure all orders and invoice queries are processed
• Producing quotations and following up in a timely manner
• Offering customers advice and an excellent service, managing their expectations
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Work with the external sales teams to always ensure fluid communication and outstanding service levels for your customers
• Influencing and controlling client relationships at all stages
• Participate in meetings with external sales teams and customers when requested
• Deliver and maintain all service KPI’s
• Manage and monitor delivery of projects
• Coordinate contracts from the start to finish
