MAINSTREAM EAST HERTFORDSHIRE CONSULTANCY : Structural Revit / AutoCAD Technician

Mainstream East Hertfordshire consultancy is seeking a Structural Revit / AutoCAD Technician to join their well-established office as it continues to expand.

Candidates should have strong skills in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD within the context of building structures engineering. They must be capable of working under the supervision of the CAD / BIM Manager and Senior Engineer . Applicants should be locally-based (or willing to relocate) and have no visa issues .

The current workload includes a diverse range of projects, both new-build and refurbishment, with values up to £50 million across London and the South East. These projects span sectors such as residential (including Developer and Private Client), commercial , leisure , retail , and education .

The role offers a competitive base salary and benefits, along with a hybrid WFH policy within a reputable mainstream consultancy working on locally-based projects.
