Freezer Warehouse Operative

Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge as a Warehouse Operative? If so, we have full time positions available for an immediate start in Northampton, NN4 9EX working on behalf of a well-known British Supermarket! You will be working in a Freezer environment at around -25 degrees.

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative :

• Night shift pre 12 weeks : £16.15
• Night shift post 12 weeks : £16.90
• Day shift pre 12 weeks £13.85, post 12 weeks : £14.60
• Saturday Shift Premium £0.25p / h Sunday Shift Premium £0.50p / h
• Overtime paid after 160 hrs monthly
• Bonus will be paid out to those who achieve 100% performance, this ranges between £10-£30)
• Weekly pay - every Friday
• 60 minutes paid break, an extra 10 minutes unpaid for flex hour)
• Any 5 days out of 7 days will be required
