Customer Communications Creative Copywriter

What you’ll be doing

• Writing playful and purposeful copy that really brings through our tone of voice.
• Becoming an expert on our customer journeys and helping our base teams communicate clearly and effectively with our customers.
• Bringing clarity and confidence to other people’s copy, driving increased brand trust and an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborating with designers to produce high quality creative for our customer communications.
• Clearly articulating the benefits or drawbacks of copy changes, projects, and channel requirements, providing recommendations back into the process.
• Managing stakeholder requirements from across EE, developing strong working relationships and helping people understand our copy standards, tone of voice, change processes, and expectations.
