Are you a strategic and dynamic HR professional looking to make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fantastic team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies that drive organisational success.
This is an exciting time for the business with several innovative programmes of work underway (you can find out more about our corporate strategy on our website). The HR department is committed to supporting the organisation with its business plans.
Paying an attractive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 this hybrid role offers opportunity for future development.
The Role
The HR Business Partner role presents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of teams, managers, and leaders to build organisational and people capability. You will shape and implement effective people strategies aligned with our strategic and annual business plans.
You will work closely with managers and leaders to enhance workforce performance, foster and nurture strategic people enablers such as talent, leadership, and culture, and develop people solutions to achieve the organisation's objectives, enabling employees to thrive.
Supporting the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, the Head of HR Operations, and the Head of Resourcing and Talent, you will play a key role in delivering the HR People Strategy. You will take personal accountability for the successful execution of specific projects that support our corporate objectives.
By building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, using data to inform decisions, and delivering a portfolio of business-relevant, value-added people solutions, you will gain a strong and measurable understanding of your business areas. You will work alongside them to recommend and implement people-related solutions that support their objectives.
You will also be expected to demonstrate good partnering practices by identifying and managing external threats and opportunities that may impact the organisation.
What's in it for You
Play a key role in aligning our HR services with our new corporate strategy, contributing proactively to improvement projects.
A diverse role with broad exposure to various HR disciplines through project work.
An opportunity to apply your expertise in data and management information (MI) to deliver a value-added HR service.
Work within a forward-thinking organisation committed to people development and innovation.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
What We're Looking For
The ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Experience in identifying and addressing people and change management implications arising from improvement or change programmes.
The ability to analyse complex situations and make well-considered decisions quickly and confidently, including supporting business decisions that may be controversial or unpopular.
Confidence and assertiveness when dealing with senior and influential individuals.
Experience in analysing and reporting on HR activities, trends, and people-related metrics.
Strong influencing, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
The role offers a hybrid working environment working a 35-hour week Monday to Friday with an attractive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
