I am working with a Main Car Dealership in Solihull and they are looking for a new Workshop Controller to join the team.

About the position

The successful candidate for our Workshop Controller position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the workshop, ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets. Assisting the service Controller in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.

About our requirements

We expect our new Workshop Controller to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including :

• Experience in a main dealer environment
• Strong industry knowledge
• Aptitude for multi-tasking.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Quality awareness.
• Full driving license.

Hours : Mon to Friday 8am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm paid as overtime
