Location : Based at Barbican & Hoxton, also covering remote sites (Piccadilly) & (Oxford street)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 08 : 00–17 : 00, including on-call rota

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at high-profile sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility. The work will be shared across two sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Integral and client safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site’s CAFM system.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
