Another banging Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor position from Build Space!

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with good Industrial & Logistics project experience?

Are you an out and out No.1 Senior Quantity Surveyor who could head up one major project or a couple of smaller jobs?

Want to work for one of the hottest Main Contractors in the sector?

Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities :

Subcontractor / materials procurement
Managing Client
Payments / Variations
Reporting / CVRs
Final Accounts

Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required :

Minimum 10 years Quantity Surveying experience.

Previous Industrial & Logistics project experience - desirable.

Degree educated or similar.

Excellent IT / reporting skills.

Strong communication skills.
