What We’re Looking For: A passion for fitness and helping others succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a positive and motivating environment for members Relevant fitness qualifications What You'll Be Doing: Conducting one-on-one inductions to guide new members through our facilities and equipment Offering expert advice to help members get the most out of their workouts Ensuring the gym environment remains welcoming, clean, and safe—creating the perfect space for all to train Qualifications: Nationally recognized certification in fitness instruction. CPR/AED certification (if available). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
