Join a super talented creative team working on diverse food innovation projects.

You won’t be bored here, each project is unique and will allow you to explore different areas of the food industry, products, and trends.

You’ll be working with your development chef colleagues to create new menus and concepts. This will involve product and trends research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis. You’ll create compelling customer presentations and be confident delivering these with your enthusiasm and culinary knowledge.

You’ll be managing projects through to completion, ensuring all concepts are costed, tested and documented. You’ll ensure each concept delivers for the customer’s brand and operational needs.

Having an analytical approach and being super-organised along with a genuine passion for all things food, will ensure you succeed here. You’ll need experience in menu development, ideally across different hospitality concepts.

The role offers flexible working from home and the central development office and kitchen in London. It will involve some travel to see clients and research trips.

You’ll be part of a close-knit and supportive team where everyone rolls up their sleeves to ensure each project is a success.
