Sales Manager – Premium Leisure & Hospitality Venue

We are working with a multi-faceted leisure and hospitality venue in the heart of Manchester that’s redefining the way people experience sport, socialising, and events. Combining state-of-the-art technology with a stylish, high-energy environment, this venue offers a unique experience for both corporate clients and individual guests.

As they continue to grow their presence in the city, we’re seeking an ambitious and personable Sales Manager to join the team and lead on inbound sales, membership growth, and private event bookings.

The Role

Responding to and converting inbound enquiries across private hire, corporate events, and memberships
Building strong client relationships, ensuring a premium experience from first contact through to event delivery
Identifying upselling opportunities and helping to drive revenue growth
Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences
Managing the sales pipeline via CRM systems and reporting on performance and key metrics

The Ideal Candidate

2+ years’ experience in sales or events, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle venues

A confident communicator with a proactive, target-driven approach

Skilled at managing multiple enquiries and delivering a high level of customer service

Organised, commercially minded, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

A passion for social, active, or experience-led venues is a bonus

What’s on Offer

Tronc (Around £300 a month)

Uncapped commission structure

Monday–Friday role, with one day remote working
