What You'll Be Doing:

As part ofa supportive team, you'll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining ourcutting-edge fibre networks. This involves:

• Upgrading Networks: You'll help upgrade existing fibre networks, assisting with cable andsub-duct pulling, and learning how to build a fibre network.
• Building NewInfrastructure: You'll be involved in installing andmaintaining new fibre networks in various environments, learning toidentify cables and sub-ducts, and using both specialized equipment andyour own skills.
• Keeping RecordsAccurate: You'll learn the importance of recording allchanges and upgrades, providing clear updates to your team.

Requirements

We'reseeking self-motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow with us. Youdon't need years of experience, but you should be:

• A Clear Communicator: Ableto speak and understand instructions clearly.
• Health and safety conscious
• Able to work outdoorsin all weathers
