We are an award-winning construction company seeking to expand our resident liaison team in the Richmond area.
We are looking for individuals with experience in the public, retail, or care sectors who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. For us, ensuring customer satisfaction is not only a priority but an essential aspect of our operations.
The role
- Being the central point of contact for residents whose homes we are working in
- Carrying out resident interviews, surveys, and daily visits to residents at home
- Keeping residents updated
- Dealing and resolving residents' concerns and complaints
- Attending ad-hoc resident-related meetings
