The Role

As a Senior Town Planner , you will play a key role in delivering a diverse mix of planning projects. Responsibilities include :

• Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals.
• Undertaking site appraisals, development plan representations, and planning research.
• Providing professional planning advice to clients across sectors such as residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues while contributing to the growth of the team.
