Retail Sales Assistant

Overview

Required for 16.00 hours per week. Here at McColls we pride ourselves on being the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK. As a Store Colleague / Sales Assistant it will be your responsibility to ensure our customers receive the first class customer service that they have come to expect every time they visit one of our stores. It is also about talking to customers promoting various products through active selling (Please do not worry we will train you to do this).

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service to customers in-store.
• Talk to customers and promote various products through active selling; training will be provided.
• Till and cash operation.
• Stock control and merchandising.
• Assist the store management team by maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
