Basic Salary up to £24,205 + Bonus (OTE up to £30,925)

Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pmWe are currently recruiting for a Sales & Service Advisor to join a successful branch in the Belfast area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a customer-facing position, combining sales, service support, and administration in a busy and varied environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, over the phone, and by email.

Advise customers on a wide range of products and services, taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Manage bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and related workshop services.

Ensure stock is correctly received, displayed, and well presented to maximise sales opportunities.

Support the workshop team with workflow coordination and timely updates.

Handle cash, banking, invoicing, and credit transactions accurately.

Maintain administration and filing systems to company standards.

Uphold Health & Safety practices and ensure a tidy and professional working environment.What We’re Looking For :

Previous experience in a sales, service, or customer-facing role.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to handle sales transactions and basic administration confidently.

A proactive approach to customer care and sales.

Full UK driving licence (essential).
