As a Mental Health Supoprt Assistant, you will :

• Work closely with students on a one-to-one and small group basis, helping them access the curriculum and manage their emotions and behaviours.
• Support their personal development by promoting social skills, resilience, and emotional regulation.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, behaviour management, and daily classroom routines.
• Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of students, helping them reach age-appropriate milestones both academically and emotionally.
• Be part of a collaborative, supportive team focused on therapeutic and educational progress.
