Currently in search of a Lead Delivery Manager to join one of the UK's leading digital transformation consultancies supporting large-scale transformation programmes to the Public Sector.

As a leader within the delivery practice you'll pioneer the collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and provide support across the business and clients within the UK public sector.

What you'll be doing as an Delivery Manager :

Coach and lead teams in many different agile methods and practices
Propose and deliver strategic, cultural and innovative change
Ensure communities of practice are represented and function at a strategic level
Define the recruitment processes for delivery managers and work to support the delivery community of practice.

Experience you should have as an Delivery Manager :

A strong public sector consulting background is required

A leader of multiple teams and people with the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary squad
