The role

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our extraordinary team. What you’ll do

• Be proactive in identifying and developing sources of potential clients to expand our market reach.
• Take the lead in managing the sales process from generation stage all the way through to close.
• Contact potential clients to promote Howden and obtain their insurance information to support in negotiations with insurers.
• Develop strong relationships with all insurers and build a strong reputation within the industry.
• Work closely with the account management team to effectively transition accounts post binding.
• Participate in training and development focused on the core skills required for the role.
• Be part of a dynamic and constantly evolving environment with lots of learning opportunities.
