Regional Sourcing Manager - UK, Europe & US

We are now hiring a Regional Sourcing Manager (NPR) to join our Global Procurement team with a focus on leading end-to-end deliverables, and non-product-related activities for sites in the UK, Europe, and the US.

What you will do

As a key member of the global procurement team, you will take ownership of sourcing activities across Facility Management (CapEx / OpEx) and Non-Product Related categories for manufacturing sites in the UK and Germany, as well as design centres across Europe and the US. This includes all non-product-related procurement to support site-wide facilities management, such as manufacturing upgrades, automation projects, manufacturing waste management, IT infrastructure improvements, and supporting energy hedging strategies.

Your responsibilities will include :

Driving the facility management procurement strategy from sourcing to delivery

Negotiating quotes and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value

Delivering actionable procurement analytics and insights
