Recruitment Consultant – 4-Day Week (Mon–Thu) | Durham

Salary : £25k–£32k + Uncapped Commission (Top Earners £100k+)

Location : Belmont, Durham | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow client relationships

Source and speak with candidates daily

Develop new business via calls, meetings, and LinkedIn

Build your personal brand and network in your niche

Negotiate deals and deliver results for clients and candidates

What We Offer

4-day week (Mon–Thu, 8am–6pm)

Uncapped commission – no thresholds, unlimited earning potential

Year 1 OTE : ~£40k | Year 2 : £50–60k | Year 3+ : £60–100k+
