Site Manager - Aberdeen

We’re currently looking for a Site Manager to join a leading organisation specialising in the overhaul, maintenance, and repair of hydro generators. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the operational leader, ensuring the successful delivery of hydro site projects from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities of Site Manager :

Lead Hydro Site Works : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring engineering plans, project milestones, and quality control measures are met. Manage resources and materials effectively.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison : Act as the main point of contact for contractors, engineers, commissioning teams, and clients. Take ownership of site communications and ensure customer satisfaction.

Health & Safety Champion : Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, environmental permits, and company procedures.

Team Development : Provide hands-on training and coaching to site personnel, promoting operational competence, safety awareness, and technical skills.

Project Cost & Risk Management : Monitor project budgets, assess risks, and proactively seek ways to improve efficiency and manage project timelines.

Quotations & Estimates : Assist in generating accurate project quotations by assessing work scope, identifying risks, and advising on timescales.
