In this role, you’ll spend quality time with customers, building rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting the right solutions across the product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate suitable options to customers, adapting to their needs and encouraging test drives.
- Agree pricing, payment methods, and finance arrangements within company guidelines.
- Liaise with Sales Administration to confirm product availability, process orders, and schedule any additional services before delivery.
- Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Plan and organise daily sales activity, including contacting prospects and existing customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other dealership teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
