I'm recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Supported Living Manager in Nantwich . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in social care leadership to join a progressive organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, or mental health conditions .

Youll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a dedicated staff team, ensuring safe, person-centred care that supports individuals to live as independently as possible.
